We carefully select all the supplies for your celebration. Organic products and ingredients that are always fresh, seasonal and locally sourced.

How much time in advance do I need to hire the catering for my event?
We suggest you hire at least 6 months in advance of your wedding date.
If your event is smaller, please contact us for more information.
Remember that in order for the date of your event to be reserved, you must check the availability of our dates and have previously signed our service contract.
What do I need to organize a test menu and what does it cost?
Once you have decided the dishes options for your event, you can schedule a test menu up to 3 days before to have all the ingredients ready. Cost $ 2,100.00 MXN for 4 people.
Can I increase or decrease the number of guests to my event once it has been hired?
Of course, you can always make the modifications you want up to 15 days before the date of your celebration.
Can I get the money back from the advance if my event is canceled?
Yes, as long as you do it with enough time, as this applies according to our cancellation policies that are clearly stipulated in your service contract.
Is it possible to modify the date of my event once it is already contracted?
Of course, you just have to confirm with certainty that we have the date available and do it with enough time in advance. Consider that you must confirm the new date with each of the other providers of your event.
What are the requirements to serve in the location where my event will be held?
In order to set up our kitchen as a minimum requirement we ask you for a covered or roofed area.
What does Casa Oaxaca's catering include?
Our services include: tables, tablecloth, cloth napkins, porcelain tableware, imperial cutlery, trays for waiters, tray stands, salt and pepper shakers, freshly baked bread, toasted blue corn tortillas, sauces, coffee and pennyroyal tea, imperial glassware necessary according to your list of liquors, unlimited ice, assorted juices, still water, sparkling water, tonic water, cola soft drinks, diet soft drinks, soft drinks, lime, oranges, agave worm salt (if serving mezcal), waitstaff, kitchen staff, menu and ingredients. * Does not include base plates and chairs; please check this with your wedding planner or event designer.
